• Orders Placed After 11:00 AM: Dispatched the following business day.
• Most shipping couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
• While we aim to deliver orders placed Monday to Thursday within 48 hours, delivery times are subject to the courier’s schedule.

Your privacy is important to us. All orders are shipped in unmarked padded envelopes or small boxes for discretion and safety.

• DPD Overnight Express Shipping: While DPD aims to provide next-day delivery, delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances.
