1. Who we are

ecirette.ie is run by Ecirette Wholesale Limited, trading as Ecirette Ireland, a company registered in Ireland (CRO 602443, VAT IE3565906JH). Registered office: 12 Talbot Street, Dublin 1, D01 FY91. Trading address: Unit L2 North Ring Business Park, Swords Road, Dublin 9, D09 HX57. Email support@ecirette.ie, phone (01) 555 5551. We hold HSE licence 134262 to sell nicotine inhaling products online.

2. 18+ only

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. By ordering you confirm you are. We may ask for proof of age, and we cancel and refund any order we believe is for someone under 18. Never buy our products for a person under 18.

3. Our products

Our products contain nicotine, a highly addictive substance. They are not for use by non-smokers, people under 18, or anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. Read the leaflet and warnings that come with each product, keep products out of reach of children and pets, and use only the charger supplied or a compatible one. Product photos are for guidance; packaging can change.

4. Prices and offers

  • Prices are in euro and include VAT and any excise or e-cigarette products tax due.
  • Delivery is charged as shown at checkout (see our Shipping policy).
  • Offers such as E-liquid Mix & Match and Pouch Mix & Match are applied automatically in your cart. Which products count, the tiers and any end date are shown on the product page and in the cart. Offers can change or end, but never for an order already placed.
  • If a product is shown at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before dispatch and you can pay the right price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Ordering and payment

  • Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we email to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, we cannot verify your age, or we suspect fraud; if we do, we refund you in full.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including cards and Klarna. Card details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us.

6. Delivery

We deliver to Ireland and Northern Ireland. Delivery details are in our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to someone you nominate.

7. Cancelling and returns

You can cancel within 30 days of receiving your order, and you have full rights if an item is faulty. How it works is set out in our Refund policy.

8. Our responsibility to you

  • We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.
  • We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for misuse of a product against its instructions.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Rewards and reviews

Points earned in our rewards scheme expire 2 years after they are earned; the other rules are on our Rewards page. Reviews you post must be honest and lawful; we may remove reviews that are offensive or not about the product.

10. Using the website

Do not misuse the site, try to get around its security, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or to buy for people under 18.

11. Your data

How we use your personal data is set out in our Privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.

13. Complaints and the law

Email support@ecirette.ie and we will reply within 5 working days. These terms are governed by Irish law. If you live in Ireland you can bring a claim in the Irish courts; if you live in Northern Ireland, in the courts there. You can also contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission at ccpc.ie.
