When will my order arrive?

Orders placed by 11:00, Monday to Friday, are usually sent the same day and arrive the next working day. You get a tracking link by email when your order leaves us.

Can I return an opened e-liquid, pod or coil?

For hygiene reasons sealed products cannot come back once opened, unless they are faulty. Unopened, they can be returned within 30 days like anything else.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

Yes, with tracked DPD. We deliver to Ireland and Northern Ireland only.

Will the courier ask for ID?

Everything we sell is 18+. The courier may ask for a signature or photo ID and will not hand the parcel to anyone who appears under 18.

Is the parcel discreet?

Yes. Orders go out in plain packaging with no product branding on the outside.
